BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
GREGORY D. WEST is an accomplished realist painter with numerous solo and group exhibitions across the United States highlighting his 25-year career. He received his M.F.A from Arizona State University and attended the Central School of Art and Design in London, England where he was exposed to the time-honored technique of trompe l'oeil. In his strikingly detailed and elegant compositions, he seeks to combine his knowledge of the masters of the past with his own brand of storytelling and style. His exquisite artwork has been placed in many permanent collections including the Phoenix Art Museum, MacDonald's Corporation, Bank One, and the University of Wisconsin.
