John Phillip Osborne-(b. 1951) American graduated Cum Laude with a BFA from the Pratt Institute in New York. His work appears at US Embassies in Russia, Africa, Indonesia and South America. He is an elected member of seven art associations including the prestigious Hudson Valley Art Association, which has awarded him a Gold Medal of Honor. Mr. Osborne teaches at the Ridgewood Art Institute. His atmospheric paintings are works of tonality and subtlety that evoke an emotional rather than tangible remembrance.
