JOHN RUSH  
   

John Rush-(b. 1948) American, is a graduate of both the University of Cincinnati and the Art Center College. This award-winning artist has been the recipient of many impressive commissions including a painting created for the government of France celebrating their bicentennial. He was also commissioned to paint the battle of Lexington and Concord by the United States government, as well as a series of works depicting historical scenes for The National Geographic Society. Mr. Rush's work has appeared in many major publications and has garnered awards from the Society of Illustrators and the Chicago Artists Guild among others.
